Can anybody recommend good swimming teachers to teach special needs children?

Thanks for that -will have a look at their site.

A worry I have is that of double incontinence- I wonder is there any products out there to overcome this problem- anybody out there know?

Hello tommy,,
There is one thing more very crucial beside a good swimming teacher and a pool and that is water used in swimming pool is hygienic or not because it will be effecting health..so please be sure that the pool water is regularly change and water is clean.
